Thank you for your financial support for the mission and ministry of the kingdom of God through Grace Baptist Church.

The primary avenue for giving is through the Grace Baptist Church Ministry Budget. The GBC Ministry Budget, prepared annually by church leadership and approved by the church, identifies the core needs for the church’s ministry. The GBC

Ministry Budget identifies missions, staff, programming, and facilities as basic needs.

In addition to mission monies given through the budget, one can also give to support Southern Baptist missionaries who are proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world through the Loving the Lost Mission Fund. Traditionally, Southern Baptists receive special mission offerings during designated seasons of the year (i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc.). However, Grace Baptist Church receives money year-round for missions through the Loving the Lost Mission Fund. One can designate a gift to missions at anytime throughout the year whether weekly, monthly, or a one-time gift. This fund can be thought of in a similar way as a “Christmas Club” at one’s bank. The Church Treasurer distributes the monies in this fund monthly as follows:

• 50% - International Mission Board (Lottie Moon Offering)
• 30% - North American Mission Board (Annie Armstrong Offering)
• 15% - South Carolina Missions (Janie Chapman Offering)
• 5% - World Hunger (Global Hunger Relief)

Finally, GBC receives special offerings for approved designated purposes and community ministries. The approved designated funds are Good News Club at Delmae Elementary, Family Promise of Florence, Benevolence, Help4Kids, Choice 2M8K Crisis Pregnancy Center, Operation Christmas Child, and GBC Food Pantry, GBC Building Fund.

METHODS OF GIVING THROUGH GRACE BAPTIST CHURCH

Online Giving – Grace partners with ACS Realm to provide safe and secure online giving. Select the “GIVE NOW” button on this page and follow the form for making your online gift.

Checks – Please make checks payable to “Grace Baptist Church” and include a note in the memo section if you wish it to apply to something other than the Ministry Budget. Checks should be placed in the offering plate during worship on Sunday or mailed/delivered to the church office. Offering envelopes are available for your use if you choose.

Cash – Please use an offering envelope and place envelope in the collection plate. Using the envelope will ensure proper credit to your giving history, as well as to the fund(s) selected.
